🔒 What We Collect

LemonCo does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Here is what we never touch:

• Name, age, or date of birth
• Email address or phone number
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, etc.)
• Usage data, analytics, or event tracking
• Photos, camera, or microphone access
• Cookies or any tracking technologies
• Account information (there are no accounts)

📱 Local Storage Only

LemonCo saves game progress — including stand costs, price per cup, cups sold, and earned badges — locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is never uploaded or synced to any server
• Is never shared with anyone
• Is deleted permanently when you delete the app

Stand names are chosen from a pre-set list of fun options. There is no free-text entry, so no personal information can be accidentally entered.

✈️ Fully Offline

LemonCo makes zero network requests. The app works with no internet connection and does not connect to any server, cloud service, database, or external API — ever. You can run it in Airplane Mode and it works perfectly.

🚫 No Third-Party Services

LemonCo contains no third-party SDKs, services, or integrations of any kind:

• No analytics (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
• No advertising networks (AdMob, ironSource, etc.)
• No crash-reporting or monitoring tools
• No social media integrations or share buttons
• No in-app purchases or payment processors
• No cloud sync (no iCloud, no CloudKit)

🔐 Privacy for All Users

Because LemonCo collects absolutely no data, it complies fully with applicable privacy regulations:

• COPPA — Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (USA)
• GDPR — General Data Protection Regulation (EU)
• App Store Guidelines — Apple privacy requirements

No information is collected from any user. No parental consent mechanism is needed because there is nothing to consent to.

📸 Business Report Sharing

LemonCo lets users share a Business Report image showing revenue, profit, and cups sold for that session. This image is generated entirely on-device using iOS's built-in image renderer.

The share action is initiated by the user via the standard iOS Share Sheet. We do not receive, intercept, store, or access any shared content. What the user shares and where they share it is entirely their choice and outside our control.

The Business Report contains no personal information — only anonymous game statistics.

⚖️ Your Rights

Because LemonCo collects no data, there is nothing to access, correct, delete, or port. You already have full and complete privacy by default.

If you wish to remove all locally saved game data, simply delete the app from your device. iOS will remove all associated data automatically.

📋 Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We will never introduce data collection practices without making this clearly visible here first.

You are encouraged to review this page periodically. Because we collect no data, any future changes would only ever expand your privacy protections, not reduce them.
